Deer Run Homes

While you need not be a golfer to enjoy Deer Run, very few neighborhoods have an upscale golf course running through their backyards as we do.  The golf course, the 14 ponds, Lake Wasserman to our southwest and the nearly 100 feet of elevation change within the 365 acres that make up Deer Run provide us with unparallel distinction to our neighborhood. 

The 300+ Real Estate Victoria MN homesites are completely built out with completion from 1990 through 2005.  There are a variety of single family homes including upscale rambler and 2 story homes built by a series of custom home builders including Kerber Homes, David Williams, Jeff Williams, Bob Beattie, Charles Cudd Comp, Tony Eiden, Jon Rohs, Terry Vogt, and even a few Lundgren Brothers.

We have 4 separate side by side townhome developments within Deer Run. 

The Deer Run Golf course meandering through our back yards allow our home sites to look out on to beautifully manicured green spaces.  Only 16 of the 300+ home sites look out the back at another home.  Home prices are currently running $300K to $800K.

Our neighborhood has a number of events throughout the year to help draw us to be a community.  These include the many golf events, the 4^th of July parade & ice cream social, the Fall get together, and the hugely successful Spring garage sale.  We also have many smaller group events and clubs such as the new residents group, book clubs, bunko, bridge, 500 card club, bible study and progressive dinner groups.  Consider joining an existing group, or starting something new.  Keep involved in Deer Run and our neighborhood will truly be a community.
